If you are an existing EV Home Charger customer, we will continue to provide support and maintenance services to you.

For Existing EV Home Charger Customers

If you already have an EV Home Charger installed through NB Power, you can continue to rely on us for support.

We will continue to provide:

Existing customers with the Worry-Free Repair and Replacement Plan will continue to receive coverage under the original terms, provided your account is in good standing.

What Your Plan Includes

Your Worry-Free Repair and Replacement Plan provides coverage for:

Repairs or replacement of your Grizzle-E Smart Charger
Repairs or replacement of eligible installation components
Coverage for up to 10 years from your original installation date
Option to cancel anytime with no penalties or commitment
